Founded in 2019 by Jessica Julius Mshama, NTL emerged from a collective desire to address the pressing needs of Tanzanian youth and citizens. What NTL Does:
NTL adopts a participatory approach, valuing the traditional knowledge of rural communities and empowering them to manage their own development. Our role as a "Change Agent" extends to developing community management structures and fostering accountability at all levels.
Approach: We emphasize participation, self-help, and self-sustainability through community involvement and volunteer groups. Our work extends beyond individual initiatives to create lasting impact and foster community ownership.
Scope of Work: With extensive experience working in diverse socio-cultural environments, particularly in Dodoma, Tanzania, NTL collaborates closely with district offices, civil society institutions, and media outlets to enact meaningful change.
